A Plea to the Intelligent Community

Please, please, PLEASE stop making up words that don't exist and only make you sound dumb. I know that you are capable of finding the right words needed to complete your sentence, so why do you have to add "-ize", "-izing" or some other suffix to the end of perfectly good words?

I know that your software application is almost ready to go live and when it does, it will move from test to production. You are not going to productionize next week. I'm serious. There's no productionizing. Oh, and while we're on the subject, you may want to spell check your navigation menu. I can understand how much fun it is to torture users by having them read the word templatify (try and say that 3 times fast) but if you want the users to take you seriously, let's say what we mean and create template. Ok?
